Trueday subscriptions and purchases are sold through Apple, so refund eligibility depends on Apple's regional policies and review process rather than a direct website guarantee.

To request a refund for a subscription purchased via the App Store, please follow Apple's official process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

As all payments are handled by Apple, we cannot issue refunds directly. Apple reviews refund requests under its own policies and typically sends status updates within 24 to 48 hours.
