Trueday Lifetime
$99.99, charged once. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — it does not renew and no trial or renewal terms apply to it.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the price shown above.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Trueday never sees or stores your card details.
If you do not use a free introductory offer in full, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Manage or cancel any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.
Refunds are issued by Apple, not by Trueday. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Yes. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are all managed by Apple in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple applies the change and any proration according to its own billing rules.
02Is there a free trial?
Yes! Pro Monthly includes a 3-day free introductory offer and Pro Yearly includes a 1-week free introductory offer, both managed by Apple. Trueday also includes a generous free tier with 25 active tasks, timeline view, energy curve setup, prayer time support, and full offline use — no account required.
03What payment methods do you accept?
Paid subscriptions are handled through Apple's in-app purchase system and billed using your App Store account.
04Can I get a refund?
Refund decisions are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple's policies.
05Can I get my money back if Pro is not for me?
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple, not by Trueday — we cannot process one on your behalf. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com within Apple's refund window. If something in Trueday is not working as described, email support@truedayapp.com and we will help you fix it or support your request to Apple.
