By accessing or using Trueday, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Trueday. Additional age restrictions may apply in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity that occurs under it. Some parts of Trueday may also be used without an account in local-first mode.

Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are billed through Apple. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue unless canceled according to your Apple subscription settings.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, or violate applicable laws. Trueday has zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, and abusive behavior. We may remove content, restrict collaboration features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Collaboration is private and invite-only, with no public feed or user discovery. Report and Block actions are available wherever users receive others' content, including shared lists and task comments.

All Trueday software, branding, and related materials are owned by Trueday or its licensors and are protected by law. You retain rights to the content you create inside the app.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for legal and security reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trueday is provided as-is and without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-related damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Trueday is established, unless otherwise required by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Trueday harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
