Refund Eligibility

Trueday subscriptions and purchases are sold through Apple, so refund eligibility depends on Apple's regional policies and review process rather than a direct website guarantee.

How to Request

To request a refund for a subscription purchased via the App Store, please follow Apple's official process at reportaproblem.apple.com.
