Answers to common questions about your Trueday account.

I didn't receive a confirmation email.

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from no-reply@auth.truedayapp.com. If it's not there, open Trueday and tap "Resend confirmation email".

My confirmation link says it's expired or already used.

Confirmation links are single-use and expire after 10 minutes. Open Trueday and request a new confirmation email. If the app shows a code field, use the 6-digit code from your email instead.

I can't sign in to my account.

Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with. Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen if you've forgotten your password. After 5 failed attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes.

I got a security email I didn't request.

If you received an unexpected password reset or confirmation email, someone may have entered your email by mistake. You can safely ignore it. If you're concerned, contact us at security@truedayapp.com.

How does the 16-factor AI work?

Trueday analyzes energy levels, weather, travel time, prayer times, task duration, and more to find the perfect time slot for each task. It learns your patterns over time.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and never share your data. Your schedules and personal information are stored securely and never sold to third parties.
