Answers to common questions about your Trueday account.
I didn't receive a confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from no-reply@auth.truedayapp.com. If it's not there, open Trueday and tap "Resend confirmation email".
My confirmation link says it's expired or already used.
Confirmation links are single-use and expire after 10 minutes. Open Trueday and request a new confirmation email. If the app shows a code field, use the 6-digit code from your email instead.
I can't sign in to my account.
Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with. Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen if you've forgotten your password. After 5 failed attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes.
I got a security email I didn't request.
If you received an unexpected password reset or confirmation email, someone may have entered your email by mistake. You can safely ignore it — no changes were made. If you're concerned, contact us at security@truedayapp.com.
How do I delete my account?
Open Trueday → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
